Light Therapy session

Light Therapy

Light Therapy was developed by Guy Harriman, a former programmer for Steve Jobs at Apple Inc. Guy learned that Maggie was in Thailand, who studied with Brain State Technology in Arizona. This ignited her passion for understanding the brain and the limited knowledge the world had about brainwaves connected to the pineal gland, located at the center of the brain.

In the 1980s, neuroscience held the belief that the brain became fixed in form by adulthood, viewing it as static and lacking the ability to heal or change. However, in 1994, neuroscience underwent a dramatic shift. Modern brain imaging revealed that the brain continually repairs itself and that brainwaves fire 100 billion times a second, contributing to ongoing change and development.

Maggie became the spokesperson for Ajna Light Therapy in Canada and the USA, introducing it to various communities and serving as a keynote speaker at Expo events.

Light Therapy utilizes a movement of white light that synchronizes with different brainwaves, including Delta, Theta, Alpha, Beta, Gamma, and Lambda, influencing how we feel and respond to life rather than simply reacting.

During a session with Maggie, she channels and muscle tests to determine the optimal wellness settings for your brain at that moment, tailoring the Light Therapy program to enhance your brain's wellness. As the brain entrains, it displays colours and geometric shapes, including circles, squares, and lines—all signs of brain growth that Maggie refers to as the "brain spa."

Light Therapy produces only white light, allowing the brain to engage in the work necessary for optimal wellness. Maggie has worked with individuals from six months old to 102 years old.  Some are dealing with ADHD, anger, depression, anxiety, and many other brain-related issues. She also offers monthly free talks on how to strengthen and know the brain.

We incorporate techniques such as mindfulness and visualization to uncover the best possible outcomes. We work collaboratively to break through mental blockages and tap into your higher intelligence, facilitating meaningful transformation. Whether you seek clarity in a specific area of your life or wish to make a comprehensive lifestyle change, you will be supported throughout the process.

What Is an Intuitive Coach?

An intuitive coach helps you connect with your gut feelings, which hold insights beyond the intellectual mind. Intuition is a powerful tool in any coaching journey, enabling you to gain knowledge, make decisions, and experience breakthroughs by looking within. It is often described as that deep feeling you sense in your gut, heart, or soul. In the context of coaching, intuition can play a significant role in your experience.

How Maggie Works

Maggie employs a unique style of conversation and visualization to encourage you to explore the truths that are ready to be discovered within you. Embracing the unknown is key to freeing yourself from the past and stepping into the present. This holistic approach to coaching combines emotional and spiritual development practices.

Rather than targeting one specific area for improvement, Maggie helps you create a comprehensive response to life, allowing you to embody your aspirations rather than just reaching for them.

Peace Walker Workshop

In today's fast-paced world, achieving a sense of peace can be challenging. This two-hour, full-day, or weekend workshop combines the wisdom of the Get Real Zen Center, Inc. with Heart Song Sound Bath to help ground and focus participants throughout the day. It incorporates the teachings of the Four Noble Truths from the Dharma, along with Movement Meditation, to foster physical and emotional learning.

The Peace Walker workshop aims to recalibrate and integrate all aspects of ourselves so that we can embrace our authentic selves. By the end of the workshop, you will gain insights into how to maintain a sense of peace, even in difficult times.

The Four Noble Truths are teachings that Maggie learned while training with Master Monk Phra Bhasakorn, who gave her permission to share this wisdom with the world. These truths are designed to enhance powerful communication skills and help individuals express their truths and be understood in all their interactions.

 The Four Noble Truths are:

1. It Is What It Is: Accepting that which cannot be changed.

2. Positive Regard: Recognizing that everyone is doing the best they can.

3. The Blame Game: Breaking the habit of blaming others or external circumstances.

4. Hijacking a Conversation: Becoming aware of when we interrupt others to share our own views.

Sounds of Stillness

The first sound we hear is our mother’s heartbeat, a profound confirmation that we are an active part of life. This beat fills us within to feel safe and comforted. Sound is an inner element that allows us to interact with the world. We respond to life rather than react to it. Knowing our internal rhythm and sound leads us to an exceptional life.

Light Therapy History

Guy Harriman, a top programmer for Steve Jobs, created an innovative brain development system using Light Therapy with 5000 lumens of cool white LED light. This therapy stimulates the hypothalamus, mirroring the mechanism found in deep sleep. Developed in 2014, it aims to enhance the mind-body connection. The pineal gland, located at the brain's center, resembles a third eye with characteristics similar to our optical eyes, including remnants of the cornea and retina and light-sensitive cells.

The flicker effect, studied since the 1960s with EEG, is similar to binaural beats in inducing trance states and brainwave entrainment. Light Therapy utilizes this effect with advanced high-power LEDs for rapid induction of the hypnogogic state. Once the light sequence ends, users can quickly return to normal brainwave conditions without side effects. This therapy offers a profound journey for harmonious vision, balancing with individual physiology.

The chakra system is central to yoga theory, revealing energy flow in the body through channels called Nadis, or energy nerves. There are 64,000 nadis, with main centers along the shushumna, a core in front of the spine. Seven chakras span from the root (muladhara) at the perineum to the crown (sarishrara) at the head, with the pineal gland at the sixth chakra, receiving energetic information from the body.

In the 1970s, Fritz-Albert Popp at the University of Marburg demonstrated that emissions ranged from 200 to 800nm, covering visible and ultraviolet light. He found these biophotons originated from DNA vibrations in the nucleus at 4GHz, forming light-based communication between all body cells, including gut bacteria, which account for 90% of the total 100 trillion cells.
