Maggie skillfully plays the soothing tones of Tibetan Bowls, while Doug accompanies her with the resonant sounds of his African Kora. Together, they create beautiful harmonies that echo ancient Egyptian sounds, promoting deep healing, balancing the nervous system, and enhancing both digestion and restful sleep. These vibrational instruments resonate at 432Hz, which is known as the frequency that aligns harmoniously with our body. When the physical system is enveloped in sound that it inherently understands, a natural state of grounding and calming is gracefully achieved. This harmonious experience allows the body and mind to cultivate a strong, harmonious relationship as the sound bath facilitates the release of emotional and physical stress. In addition, sound baths have the unique ability to re-calibrate the brain’s left and right hemispheres, bringing them into a state of equilibrium and promoting overall well-being.

These Mindful Discussion group are designed for us to learn from each other. Deepen our wisdom within and share what we have learned to the wisdom from our life journey. Together for each class we select a mindful topic. Maggie will open that topic for the group discussion. Insights and questions are powerful tools that guide the class within to discover who we are in a fresh new way. It is powerful and for some it has been life changing.

You will uncover effective communication skills that will empower you to express yourself in ways that ensure you are both heard and understood with clarity. The Origin of Movement Meditation

In the early 90s, while in Thailand Maggie was fortunate to receive a unique transformative movement rhythm class call DanceMandala. Her entire life trajectory was forever altered by this life-changing experience! This significant event encouraged her to wholeheartedly embrace a variety of practices such as Tai Chi, meditation, yoga, ecstatic dance, and walking meditation, which she deeply engaged in during her time as a monk. In the tranquil surroundings of Northern Thailand Temple. These remarkable skills are intricately woven into Maggie’s teachings, serving as a true expression of the connection between the body and mind relationship. She discovered from within an enrich natural movement of the body language supporting mind clarity meditation. These profound awarenesses deepened and inspired Maggie to create her unique approach known as Movement Meditation, which beautifully integrates these diverse practices and more.

In Eastern philosophy, the Yoga Five Koshas are deeply regarded as the energetic layers of your body. These Koshas coexist in a profound unity, enfolded gently within each other, creating a rich tapestry of experience that reflects the complexities of human existence.     Core Vibration is a 16 pathway to discover limitation's held in the emotional and physical body from childhood to this moment. Maggie will muscle test you to find the optimal pathway to address. Once found it is cleared and set to outplay in your life in support to who you are now. Once cleared Maggie will muscle test to see if Light Therapy or a Visualization is optimal to set the recalibration into your whole body/mind system.

  • LIGHT THERAPY

    White movement of light that beats at the rhythm of each brainwave will rebalance the brains’ communication system. Once Maggie has muscle tests which is the optimal brainwave you are needing to work on that day, she will set the Light system to balance the brain wiring to fire with focused, clear presents in how you understand you inner and outer experience.

  • Visualization

    VISUALIZATION SESSION

    As an intuitive and trained ICF Coach Maggie will muscle test which is the optimal guided journey is for you to discover visually and emotional your next steps of success. In these session Maggie incorporates her nun-monk training skills, ICF Coaching tools and intuitive insights using muscle testing as the confirmation of the visual journey.

Workshop - PEACEWALKER

To walk in Peace is to embody who we are. PEACEWALKER is an ancient Celtic term Maggie learned from her grandmother. During this one-day workshop it is designed for ALL to integrate insights and wisdom to find equilibrium. You will learn the power of Being in the moment through a profound SOUND BATH meditation with the handmade Tibetan Bowls and the African Kora vibration to bring the Chakra body and nervous system back to balance. The mid-day and afternoon the Peace walker learns the 4 NOBLE TRUTHS steps that Maggie learned while a nun-monk in Thailand for you to know. The day will end with a MOVEMENT MEDITATION nourishing the body to incorporate all learned t throughout the day. This is a powerful transformational journey of self to meet Self and mind to be a Peace for you to walk in your inner truth to who you are today.
